a happy heart

Last night I was reading the kids a story out of the Friend magazine just before bed. Hayden had to interrupt the story to tell me, "Mom, when I watch those church movies I feel Heavenly Father and I feel good and happy in my heart". It was so good to hear that from him!

I love little piggies!

I especially love these little ones!Camden loves putting his pointer fingers into his mouth.
That's right - he is the center of attention. Babies have a way of doing that!Camden is such a happy little guy - well, most of the time. He is such a joy in our lives. I hear Hayden everyday talk about how Camden is the cutest and funnest baby he has ever seen. We all adore him here at our house. He is now rolling all over the place, puts everything into his mouth, and spends a good chunck of the day playing with his toes. I love to watch him play with his feet.
We have been trying to get him on a little food, which he isn't so interested in, unless it is ice cream! He had a little taste and wanted more and just couldn't seem to get enough. Maybe I should've skipped trying to get him to eat rice cereal, sweet potatoes and pears. It seems I was wasting my time, we should have started with the ice cream!

nightmares

Kyrie has been having bad dreams. Last night she screamed and screamed, "NOOOOOOO" I rubbed her back and told her "it's okay". Then she cried, "Mom, Hayden broke my crown". It's funny to see what her nightmares are about!!!

Ponytails

According to Kyrie, there is nothing prettier than a big ponytail. And for Chris and I who were constantly putting her hair into one, there is nothing greater at this time than Kyrie learning how to make her own ponytail.

kiddos

What a cute bum!!!
I was hoping to capture Camden playing with his toes, but got other cute pictures instead. I love watching him play with his piggies, they are his most favorite entertainment - until the camera comes out! He loves his piggies and he loves to giggle. Kyrie is the best at getting him to laugh, and it helps that he is very ticklish. He is getting so big and is finding out that he doesn't have to stay right where we put him. I laid him in the corner of the couch, turned around about 5 seconds later and saw him like this. He can turn in circles while laying on his back and is starting to roll from his back to his belly. I'm greatful that he is most content in my arms. He loves to be held and can force out a good scream if he sees me walk by. I am most content with him in my arms too! My sleeping beauty. As I was putting her to bed a couple nights ago, she disagreed that she is not my tired little girl, she is my "Cindelella pinkalicious butterfly princess". That pink bear she is sleeping with - the next night as I was putting her to bed she said, "I don't like my big bear anymore, she can sleep on the floor if she wants to, but I don't like her" and she threw it out of her bed.We painted toenails a few days ago and Chris was asking her what colors they were. Ky said, "purple, green, strawberry shortcake, orange blossom, and blueberry muffin".Even with all the school Dusty has missed, he has maintained a 4.0! He was pretty excited at the awards ceremony, he definately didn't earn the 100% attendance this time. He is doing a little better with things. I have avoided all topics of his episodes all I can, and he complains much less. His anxiety is not near what it was, he is handling things better. I am confused as what we should be doing, and where we should get help. I got a call from the school nurse on Friday and she said he had an episode in class that came on so strong that he shouted out in class while they were quietly working on math. She went and got him from class and took him to her office and within a couple minutes he felt totally fine and happily went back to class. The good thing is, he went back to class - he wasn't scared and he did it happily! That's improvement! One of Dusty's latest, fully dressed in Kyrie's underware!

And for Hayden - he lost a tooth a couple of weeks ago and was pretty sure it was a big $ one! He said he thought he would get a lot of money from the toothfairy for this one because it didn't have any blood on it, only a little blood in it! haha!

Ew!

I just heard Hayden say, "I've kissed dad before", Dusty said "SO?" and Hayden said, "So, I didn't like it!"
